Diseases were present like powdery mildew, and plagues like the mango hopper and mealy bug. 
Cost of pesticides was approx. Rs 5,000 per acre.
Harvest decreased every year
Cost and frequency of the agro-chemical applications (pesticides and fertilizers) was increasing.
Taste of the mangos was not good.
Excellent mango production. 
Fruits are large in size, sweet, tasty. 
They weigh between 500 to 900g. 
Total production this year was 40 tons (120 to 130 kg per tree).
Increase of production with the use of Biosol Homa.
One weed, called “Gadaula”, was very difficult to control. After starting Agnihotra, this weed just disappeared.
